1. PURPOSE

The affiliate program is administered and under the responsibility of COMERLIA S.A.S and its objective is to motivate clients and/or users of ferreterias.com so that, based on their positive experiences, they invite other people to buy their products and services through the Marketplace.;

The ferreterias.com Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to sell, reference a Product and/or service for a remuneration equivalent to a percentage of the value of each sale promoted by THE AFFILIATE. It is up to the Content Creator to decide whether to participate in the Affiliate Program.

2. DEFINITIONS

THE AFFILIATE: Client and/or user of the services of ferreterias.com. interested in referring our portal

THE REFERRAL: Person who is the client and/or user (THE AFFILIATE) of ferreterias.com motivates and encourages you to buy through ferreterias.com.

3. PROGRAM MECHANICS

The participation of referrals will be recognized as long as there is a record of the effective purchase, in addition to the contact information of that referral and it complies with the policies defined in this regulation.</ span>

• The 5% discount obtained by the REFERRAL only applies to the first purchase.

• The 2.5% benefit of the AFFILIATE will be calculated on the value of the purchase after the 5% discount obtained by the REFERRAL.

• THE REFERRAL may purchase any product, no matter the brand or the value.

• THE REFERRAL will only be able to make their discount effective by purchasing the products directly through the website. Redemption of the discount for telephone sales, written or in-person sales is not permitted.

• THE AFFILIATE must have a valid and active bank account to withdraw their commissions.

4. VALIDITY

5. CONDITIONS

THE MAIN RULES OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM:

• The following examples, among others, are considered inappropriate conduct by Affiliates: (a) the change in the sales narrative of the Product; (b) the provision of false, incomplete or inaccurate information about any characteristic of the Product and/or service; (c) the practice of spam or any practice that ferreterias.com considers harmful to the affiliation market or the Affiliate Program.

• Affiliate Condition: Affiliation does not establish any relationship between the Affiliate and ferreterias.com other than that of the User. The Affiliate may not carry out any action or omission that identifies him or her directly or indirectly with ferreterias.com or may suggest a link of any other nature with ferreterias.com, either through the improper use ofthe brand or any other intellectual property of ferreterias.com, whether by job description or professional relationship, or by any other means. For example, the Affiliate cannot create profiles on social networks, of a personal or professional nature, presenting themselves as “ferreterias.com seller” or “ferreterias.com agent”.

• Dissemination and Marketing of services: The Affiliate is responsible for reproducing the Product and/or service that it discloses to the public with all the characteristics of the Product and the conditions of sale inserted by the Content Creator on the Portal. The Affiliate assumes joint and several liability before the Buyer with the Content Creator for full compliance with the conditions of sale.

• Sub-Affiliation or Multi-Level Marketing: The Affiliate cannot create or practice, directly or indirectly, any form of resale or sub-affiliation, multi-level marketing or similar dynamics.

• It is the responsibility of all Affiliates of the program to know, comply with and update themselves in relation to all the rules and policies of the Affiliate program.

• These terms of the Affiliate program are not negotiable nor can the discount percentage or commission be exchanged for another benefit.

• The commission acquired by him is his sole and exclusive right and cannot be transferred.

• COMERLIA S.A.S PORTAL ferreterias.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and regulations of the Affiliate program without prior notice, at any time.

• Referral discounts are not cumulative. If the REFERRAL has another coupon or wants to access another discount, the one with the highest value will be applied.

• If the REFERRAL makes a return of the purchased products, the commission obtained by THE AFFILIATE for this transaction will be automatically deducted from the balance payable by COMERLIA S.A.S PORTAL ferreterias.com.< span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">

• THE AFFILIATE may withdraw a minimum of $50,000 pesos, withdrawals for less value will not be approved.

• In the options menu of the account created as an AFFILIATE, you can request the withdrawal of your money, which will be credited to your account within a period of 8 to 15 business days.

6. GOOD FAITH

We introduce this program in good faith and expect the same good faith from the participants. Please note that we may withhold commissions when we believe AFFILIATES are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. To be more explicit, marketing, advertising, publishing, mass distributing, selling or paying for the use of referral codes is not appropriate and we will not honor such codes. We cannot cover every scenario, nor do we intend to, but we will be fair and reasonable.
